Vicaima brand was selected to equip the Ibirapuera Park One, a high standard project, by Odebrecht Real Estate Developments (OR) situated in São Paulo.
The high functional and aesthetic quality of the dormitories of the Ibirapuera Park One development is guaranteed by the installation of the Portaro® (ready to hang door solution) with acoustic insulation, which provides tranquillity and comfort to the environments. For the entrance, the option chosen was the Portaro® Pivotal, doors of greater height whose hidden accessories reflect the authenticity of the lines and convey the space a differentiated aesthetic. Meeting the needs of the latest interior architecture, Vicaima Dekordor® SD finish doors allow the recreation of elegant, sophisticated and luminous ambiances.
Nossa Senhora do Rocio
Paraná, Brazil
Vicaima products integrate the new Nossa Senhora do Rocio Hospital, the largest complex of Paraná (Brazil), with around 51 thousand square meters of constructed area. The normal Portaro® and Portaro® FD30 were the solutions chosen for the various areas of the hospital, so as to ensure maximum safety and comfort for users.
The selected finish was Dekordor SD white, which contrasted with the different coloured walls of this new hospital.
Note: Vicaima Portaro®, is a solution of the ready to install door which integrates in a single piece, door, frame and accessories. It is available in a wide range of finishes and technical performances.
Luxury Home, Avon Castle Estate
Hampshire
Designed in a style reminiscent of the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, this luxury home has cross directional veneer doors in white American oak with a lacquered finish. Pairs of doors were also supplied and included opaque glazing.
Luxury Holiday Homes

Built to level 4 of The Code for Sustainable Homes, these 2 and 3 bedroom holiday homes offer contemporary accommodation for the discerning traveller. For ease of assemble and a superior finish, Vicaima Door Kits where selected. These door, frame and architrave systems came complete with Oak veneered certified FD30 fire doors.
Ludus
Antiquus, Saffron Walden
Ludus-Antiquus is an award- winning development by Higgins Homes in Saffron Walden. It consists of the restoration of a Victorian language school into 32 apartments and 15 three and four bedroom homes. Vicaima’s Oak Dekordor and Just White five panel doors with horizontal grooves were chosen to compliment the stylish interiors. In addition the doors provided performance and sustainability with both FD rating and FSC® certification.
Lucas 505
Porto Alegre, Brazil
For the Lucas 505 Commercial Development, by Saute, the choice went for the Vicaima Portaro® (ready to fit solution) in Dekodor HD walnut, with aluminum inlays, in single leaf or in pairs, which enhanced the modern and premium style of this project. The Vicaima Portaro® was fitted in the various areas of the building such as offices, auditoriums and common areas, where models with Venetian shutters were also applied.
Suitable for places with intensive use, Dekordor HD finish is extra resistant and reproduces the beauty of natural wood.

The elegance and versatility of Vicaima interior doors blend into the unique ambience of King’s Wharf Quay 29 residential tower, where minimalist and contemporary architecture is preeminent. The interior decor is further enhanced by exploring the contrast between white lacquering and natural oak veneered doors, which fit perfectly into the radiant and welcoming settings characterised by this project.
